Shipping policy

HometimeAustralia utilises Allied Express as our primary delivery contractor.

Approximate delivery time is 3-14 days for most purchases, dependent upon customer location, manufacturer lead time and any other unforseen delay.

As an express service, our contractors responsibilites end at the boundary. On occasion, if the customer is not home, deliveries may be left in a safe place within the confines of the street address. Difficulties with access and delays may attract extra fees.

We offer flat rate on most items with delivery limited to populated regions of Victoria, NSW, ACT and SA.
